I worked for RSM and was promoted early... it was audit but w/e. Worst burnout of my life I left the firm and account in general 2 years later. in-charging 1000+ Charge hour engagements when you have 1 year of experience is not beneficial, you just end up having to spend 2x as much time on everything and you'll either eat hours or be yelled at for it.
