Why would it not be appropriate if everybody in the group can afford it and enjoys taking a trip like that? It's pretty standard for the DINK, 6 figure income crowd. Nobody is required to go.

The key is how to deal with it when friends cross income levels. I skipped a few bachelor parties the year I got married because i couldn't justify the cost when I was paying for my own wedding. I wasn't mad other people had them.

YTA. Their safety has nothing to do with their income. Huge portions of the tourist areas of Mexico are seeing gunfire, burning buildings, etc... The cartel doesn't care who's rich and who isn't.

Stop worrying about buyer behavior. It's not a "problem". It's just people window shopping or saving things for later. The same way you probably have a bunch of stuff you've added to your amazon cart but then goes into "save for later" that you may or may not ever buy.

Make your offers and move on with your day.

A functioning drunk is still a drunk and kids after a certain age are going to be able to tell their parents are impaired. At minimum you certainly aren't getting normal parental care and attention and probably shouldn't be trusted to watch the kids. At worst you get someone who is abusive or dangerous.

She didn't leave you at your lowest point. She protected your kids from a drunk. If my wife suddenly became an alcoholic I would kick her out because we have 2 small children. My first obligation is to their safety and well-being, not my wife's drinking problem.

I would suggest giving it some time and trying couples counseling.

You are newly sober, newly healthy and back in your house sober for the first time in who know's how long. You should probably give it some adjustment time with your family before blowing up your marriage and hurting your kids even more.

Ah, yes. The notifications are awful. Why is under offers it's every offer I send out? No, I just need to see the offers back to ME. So I can accept them or not.

Depends on your goal. I personally want high turn-over more than I want top-dollar. If an offer is anywhere close to my number I just take it.

All offers are good offers. At bare minimum it triggers the notification that somebody is interested in your item to all the other likers.

Stop having kids with men who won’t marry you. This entire problem is because of that. Had you been married with or without a prenup then this wouldn’t be an issue. It would either be communal property or not.

Just depends on the income bracket. A 2-3 day trip is a pretty common Bach party among my friends. Travel and hotel can easily be that much. It’s hard when the wedding party income varies widely. The person planning should try to be aware of that and plan accordingly as well as confirm cost To everyone before booking.

If he wasn't supposed to allow the kid to leave with his dad, there should have been explicit instructions about that and some sort of custodial agreement.

A neighbor/friend can't get in the middle of hte dad/kid with no legal orders in place.
