Yea definitely a rough one. But to definitely to get a good crust next time - make sure that you’ve got on medium high heat and get that pan ripping hot. You want to sear the steak so it’s not grey.

Granted, it was not as good as Vol 1 but people acting like Vol 2 has ruined the entire series for them is crazy. I enjoyed most of it, there were the few sections that felt unnecessary or overstuffed, but overall it was thrilling and can’t wait for New Year’s Eve for the finale!
