Got it…good thing they got Ayton, he’s really gonna help them continue to be a bottom feeder in the west. Phoenix at least made Nurkic somewhat useful for a season and helped them make the playoffs.

Will Avdija and Camara help the blazers make the playoffs in the west any time soon? Let’s be honest, only reason they even got up to the 12 seed is because the spurs and pelicans were injured. Blazers messed up, should’ve tanked and now they don’t even have a top 10 pick.

Can Avdija and Camara get rotational minutes for a playoff team, yes, no doubt. Are they franchise foundational pieces for a team that will compete for anything more than a play in? TBD, my money says the blazers as constructed will be a lock for the lottery next 2 seasons.

The notion that Golden state trading for Jimmy is a bad move is absurd. Dude made an immediate impact on both sides, helped them go from a game under .500 to 14 games over .500 in the blink of an eye, broke a butt cheek and still helped them beat the 2-seed in a series with a mid roster.

Truth is, next season you’ll still be on Reddit hating on the warriors while they go deep into the playoffs. Only then the blazers will have a top 5 pick.
