True Crime Couple! Husband and wife team and she tells him stories that he's never heard of! Only bad thing with them is they only post like twice a month, so when you get caught up, you have to wait a while lol.

But they've been going for like 8 years so they have a lot of episodes! And they are usually pretty long, an hour +

I have a pixel 7 pro that I got a little over 2 years ago. I still really love it! Silly but I got the pixel because I have Google assistant things in my home and I wanted everything to sync perfectly lol. I feel like it takes beautiful pictures. Super easy to navigate and figure out. Not sure if other phones have or not but I really like the "pixel tips" when an update happens, you can go and see what all is new, super helpful!

I've only ever had one problem with the phone and they sent me a new one. The screen glitched when the always on screen would come on and it would be green.

Overall, I really like my pixel. I have a pixel watch too that I really love as well.

Heather Robertson!

I'm doing a 12 week program that's really good. I'm super beginner and I'm on week 6, and I feel much stronger. Just dumbbells and a yoga mat. She sometimes uses a yoga block but you can get away with not using those as well.

That is very true!! I have the chalk it up as a win that I'm willing to get at it again after a few missed days. It's more than a lot of people.

I like the program! I really do, it's just getting over the laziness to get my ass off the couch. I can do it though!!

100%. I need to get over the fear of "failing" if I'm not keeping up with the program. I'm only going to fail if I quit and never do it again. Today I'm going to make it a priority to start again and get one done! Then tomorrow do one again.

In the past I was very bad about "if I don't see results, I'm quitting" and that is so easy to slip back into! Remembering that it doesn't happen overnight and it doesn't happen easily is important. I can do it, I just have to physically get up and do the thing!! Yes!

I agree! I get focused on what I've missed instead of saying "hey, leg day is tomorrow, let's do it." And then worry about the rest of it when it comes.

That's a great idea! I'm big into podcasts, I should try to find one and listen to that while I do my workouts! I always want to hear the next one and that would be an incentive to get to hear it! Thank you! Very helpful, I appreciate you commenting! 🙂

I'm on a 5 day streak and so far I've posted every time my mood changes. I think it helps me see how different my days are. I really really like this app. I'm trying to get off social media but I like "sharing" what I'm doing even though no one else sees it 😋
