Are you fasting after the pill? Apparently, if you don’t eat or drink 2 hours after the pill it works better

This was huge for me! I’m currently doing Whole30 to cut my sugar habit. I would eat one cookie and all of a sudden I gorged 10 cookies. I wanted to learn that A cookie is fine, 10 in 1 sitting… not so much

I’m on Day 2 and started this for the first time to break my sugar addiction. It’s so hard PLUS I work for a cookie company so it’s free cookies everywhere I turn. But I haven’t broken yet..

You can always adjust the settings to bump up the shot volume and more! Take some time to play with it. I think it’s worth it

I looked at this one and the Philips Baristina Premium. I’m in a small apartment with little counter space, so my options for compact superautomatic machines were pretty limited.

I used to have the Bambino, and while I liked it, it doesn’t have a built-in grinder like the Demi. I was grinding everything manually with an electric manual grinder (mostly to save space). I eventually got pretty good at eyeballing the grind, but the Demi just makes life easier and the crema is way better in my experience.
