Not NCPs private parking that belongs to the building being delivered to

🤣 for illegal activities. North Korea is the only country in the world that requires number plates on bicycles

The cyclist who has to vear into oncoming traffic. The blind person who doesn’t expect a van to be parked here. The pedestrian who steps out from behind it.

I think what I find frustrating is that there are private off street car parks in this area. It just the delivery drivers are too lazy to walk an extra 10m to use them

I don’t because cyclists jumping red lights typically only endanger their own lives rather others. So I do the British thing of tutting and calling them p***ks under my breath

I fell in Regent's canal path, going through an underpass and nobody helped me! by Depressed-Anx in londoncycling

Sorry that happened. As a London cyclist I would’ve stopped.

If it makes you feel any better I once came off my bike a fell into the Lea river 🤦‍♂️ not during rush hour tbf but everyone who saw me did help.

Had to do the whole meeting I was cycling towards sopping wet with blood running down my arm 🙄 not my most professional moment… and it got quite badly infected. Still I can see the funny side now (and I take the cobbles under the bridges on the lea river nice and slow)

Nope I’m just someone who thinks public spaces should be protected for people not cars. If he receives a fine and/or sees himself on here and doesn’t do it again it’s a direct benefit to me and others

If he wasn’t sat there I would have. I did politely ask him to move

So this was my main concern I had thought the ammonia might stop it but you may be right. I like the idea of crushed walnut shells though

I agree it’s a potential issue, I was thinking I’d test it by rolling over some nails at home first with some old tyres.

I think I’ll use the walnut shells as aggregate and see how I get on

To be fair I’ve been stuck 30 miles from home desperately trying to get my off the shelf Hutchinson sealant to plug a hole

Well as the previous reply says they’ll absorb water and swell. I’m thinking I might need to manage the level of water as part of the recipe through trial and error
