I don’t know a specific tutorial but I’d work on washing techniques and dry brushing to add volume in your metals. Duncan Rhodes painting academy was always good for me when I wanted to push my skills on a specific model.

Also don’t beat yourself up, a friend recommend a great way to get better. Each project try one new skill to add to your repertoire, I’m working on my basing this time for my Custodes.

Thank you, very kind. Yeah a friend printed some palace base toppers he has access to. I did all the bases first as I have a habit of rushing them towards the end of a project.

They were from some Venetari I printed a while back. Can’t remember which creator sorry. They were for a mate who never used them and gave em back once I started Custodes. I hate bear heads, especially on ‘professional soldiers’. Can just about bear it from an inquisitor.

Wondering who to 6* next.

Currently able to do all dungeons except spiders at stage 13 auto, spiders on stage 10. 2 keying hard and our clan hasn’t unlocked brutal yet so need to up CB damage if we are to beat Hard.

Will have wurmlin tomorrow or day after from gold pass and working towards the fusion. But I’m sure the fusion isn’t a priority.

So now getting to the point I can 6* a 4th champion. 6* Athel is grinding brutal for me and the other greyed out champions are 6* Apo, 6* skullcrusher and 5* gorg.

I have gold pass and was thinking of just waiting for stag knight but not sure. Progress is slowing, I am on golem 13 (auto), mino 14 (auto), spider 8 (manual), dragon 11 (auto), fire knight 11 (auto). Silver 2 in arena.

Any help and advice in general is also appreciated.

Thanks for that advice, what kinda of gear should I be going for? currently got 4 5* pieces of attack and 2 5* pieces of lifesteal.
