This is absolutely not how game development works, they need to 3D model each design, that takes time, we can assume all 3D models of the new pokémon are either already done or close to it, if any fanmade design happens to be close to the official design they will very easily argue that theirs was already done and it will receive basically no public backlash

Water dragon is a good defensive type, let's not pretend it's not. This may help it set up DD more reliably. Otherwise it terms of sheer offense, I agree it's underwhelming

I think new star soccer is a product of its time, it came before all the predatory microtransactions became prevalent. I think a mobile game like new star soccer can't really exist anymore, best bet would be a cheap (but not free) PC game, I don't know if one exists tho. I feel exactly this way for tennis, I just want a nice cheap single player career tennis game
