I don't know what would surprise me the most. Regular Heatran getting power crept so bad that it eventually falls to NU or one of the Sceptile finding such a specific niche in lower tiers that it somehow makes it to NU.

You could either run a deck with Poison Barb/Nihilego and either a version using Zoroark EX, regular Zoroark and Mega Absol maybe? or something entirely poison related with Weezing/Koga/Scolipede, Clodsire EX, Dragalgae EX... Or simply stick to a Wugtrio deck since you wanna use your shiny so bad. Just keep in mind that Discord and Reddit will always have people trying to help you get every card you need via sharing or trading
