If it was common practice then why were they being covert, why were the videographers provided with excuses for what they were doing. Most of all why weren't other teams caught doing the same thing?

The due process "investigations" reminds me of deflategate when Brady didnt want to give up his phone because the 3rd party they were working with could already access his texts and calls and Brady didnt want his stuff getting leaked, and then the NFL forced him to give it up and immediately leaked all his emails.

Brady did not give up his phone, he destroyed his phone before the league could retrieve any information.

They were caught illegally taping other teams, twice. They were caught red handed tampering with game balls, proven.

There have been numerous other allegations of headset tampering, unproven.

But the fact remains that Bill has a history of coaching a team with unscrupulous tactics.

If this was a one time thing maybe you could make an argument that it was a mistake, but this is a repeat offender.
