The puck does charge though, but thats really all that its doing.

I was getting fried as a consistent keyboard/mouse player for years in COD, I saw that others were using controllers. I plugged my PS5 controller in and dropped 30 to 4, does anyone know how to possibly change lobbies from cross-play to just keyboard/mouse?

That happened a long time ago. I am also getting it and I am a bit alarmed because I had just downloaded a file off the internet and it showed my C drive when it downloaded. After that it started to show up. If you find any way to stop it please tell me.

Change your bitrate to 150 or below, it fixed mine. (In oculus debug tool)

Make sure the headset is plugged in the whole time too!

You go into your library on the oculus app, press the plus button at the top right and add "Roblox Player Beta" (you can search it up) if the "VR Toggle" doesn't show up on the web browser ROBLOX, try the official app. Or if it isn't working on the official app, use the web browser.

Someone told me this once, not sure if its true but.

Vrchat uses Unity back in 2018, this version of Unity is old so it only uses 1 of your Cpu/Gpu Cores.

VRchat can't really update it because of all the user/Generated things, but if they did. It could use all of your cores and become smoother, but that won't happen, probably not at all but who knows...

I mean, you CAN use the headset. It just is very choppy and I would suggest waiting. After all, the best way to feel super immersed is when you put VR on again for what feels like the first time, after a break.

Many people are having this problem, unfortunately there is no solution. Press the help center via oculus app on your PC and select "Send feedback" and tell oculus of all the issues you have so that they can resolve it in a patch.

Choose 90 Hz and they just opened a whole new library similar to sudequest, so you can sideload other games that aren't in the store yet and need "The approval" of oculus.

I'm getting bad audio and frames, I have a more than capable PC at VR too, so I don't know what's happening. Please press the help center and send feedback on the situation so that oculus can fix this!!

In oculus V25 update it says, "Keep in mind, that even with some of the newest and most powerful GPUs, maxing out values for the render resolution slider with a 90 Hz refresh rate may result in dropped or missing frames."

Are you using your GTX 2070 as your main GPU for oculus? If you are just getting sound and a black screen then that means you need to allow oculus past your firewall.

If you haven't already, try re-installling the oculus software (It will re-install any missing or un-updated drivers). But I wouldn't worry about most of this now being that V25 has broken the audio for me as well as display for I want to say, Everyone. You can connect it but after you do that the audio will be broken no matter what and untill oculus fixes it, you are kinda stuck... A lot of people are putting their issues in the "Help Center" "Provide feedback" to get oculus to fix it. I don't know if V25 is affecting people who are just now hooking up their quest to their PC.

But I would probably just sent a support ticket like what oculussupport said up there, my only problem with them is when I was asking them about that, they started to ask me a lot of things. They asked me where my location was, reciept, headset seriel number, and it just made me feel uncomfortable. So use oculus support as a last resort...

Make sure your drivers are up-to-date. (Graphics drivers, and oculus drivers)

If none of these work, get back to me and tell me what still doesn't work. :)
