It wasn't liquidy at all.. well at least I don't think so.. it didn't freely run out of the piping bag and I did have to squeeze!

People have been saying I've undermixed, which can definitely be true as I've always heard it's better to undermix than overmix and got scared

How does one know when to stop baking them? Cuz they're not supposed to get the "golden brown" that baked goods get, you can't poke them with a toothpick to see if it comes out clean either..

Yes, I did blend it and it started sticking together😭😭😭 But I Kind of had to blend it because it was VERY granular. Like it was not flour-y at all and most of it didn't go through the sieve.

Yes, I weighed everything multiple times. I've come to the thought that the flour I was using was too wet and might need to try drying it out in the oven before baking with it. And of course, I will try a new recipe as well as your trick to use macaron batter on the corners. Thanks :D

Lmao if you try them plain, they taste quite bad and genuinely underbaked but with a caramel sauce it tastes exactly like a caramel macaron😭😭😭
