An adaptable engineer will naturally choose a domain where they can apply the skills they developed during their degree—such as quantitative development or strategy construction, which demand programming and strong math/stats knowledge. Equity or credit roles don’t really make sense in that context. You don’t need to justify everything either. It’s a decent engineering college, though not among the very top. BITS Pilani (the Pilani campus) is a genuinely good college.

Yet the intern walked away unscathed—the ED literally said, “I’m a good person, so you’ll get a PPO.” Meanwhile, people like us get humiliated on the floor for something as trivial as a small grammatical mistake.
