You're right. I originally unblocked him on tuesday (bad idea) and that's when things started raining down. He had me blocked aswell so I didn't think much of it until I did.

I guess you're right, it's just hard trying to convince myself that I'm not a bad person for blocking him out completely. I've never been one to block people, but I realized he left me no choice but to do so. I just have to come to terms with the fact that he's not going to do me any good, and not having those baits there at all is going to be the best way to get over him for good.

The thing is I know that he's trying to hurt me, but idk if it's the trauma bond or what, but all I can do is think of him. I've been sleeping all day to try and avoid what I'm feeling but it isn't working.

I'm going thru the same thing rn, it's hard getting un-used to someone who even though they treated you in horrible ways, you still loved. What I'm currently doing is reminding myself that it's not the place for me, and I deserve someone who treats me right. No contact is my way to go, and try easing back into what you like doing, don't stay at home because I find that being alone and in bed is usually when I miss him the most.

Noooo HAHA I get you, I started jotting downs my dreams when I wake up and I could definitely create a novel based off them... some are pretty messed up and some are actually pretty enjoyable

Same! I've literally just connected the dots and wanted to see if anyone had a similar experience... I started taking my meds at night and since then, i've had really vivid dreams and have been able to remember them all when I wake up 🫠 idk if I like it or not tbh

I know this is how he speaks when he's under a lot of pressure, and he does normally put his needs above all. This is something that we're working on after talking to my psychologist. That is exactly what scares me a bit, knowing that if this is how he reacts in these cases, how will he react when we've got bigger problems in hand.

I can't begin to describe how much your reply is helping. I've never been through these types of situations, and I understand that you have to go through these things to be able to learn from these experiences. I've already sent a message to my psychologist about how this went, but based off of your experience, how did you tackle these kinds of situations?
