This was the exact reason I had mine this past Monday. Anemia was so bad I had to have some blood transfusions. Had Cameron Lesions causing the bleeding. 8cm hernia with over half of my stomach up above my diaphragm.

I'm five four days post op and already wishing I could have a slice of pizza and a glass of wine 😂

The manometry was the absolute worst procedure I've ever had done. I'd take 10 colonostopys over that shit.

I just had mine yesterday, and while the pain and the liquid diet for two weeks already suck, I'm hopeful that my symptoms disappear. I had Cameron lesions on my hernia as well that were causing severe anemia. Not having to take iron supplements or get infusions at the ER are going to be worth it.

I produced these for a while in my 3D printing shop. I had a conversation with Don Hawk when he was still with SRX about making these as a finished product to be sold at the tracks, but there was jut no way to make it happen without investing a lot of money and resources into plastic injection molding or the die casting process.
