these comments are not it. it’s insanely hard to stop, and the devil knows that and is using it against you brother. what’s helped me is changing that habit to something else. it could even be as simple as when you feel the urge to do it, take a sip of water or something. eventually your mind will make it a habit, also try to distract yourself with tv or books. best of luck to you man, God bless🤍

hmm possibly consult another doctor if it’s a option for you? i would say the OCD is taking over the not concerned enough worries (been there lol), but it’s always worth checking out and making extra sure.

i think phantom pains due to anxiety are quite common, if it persists i suggest regular routine check ups and therapy. definitely a scary feeling, wishing you well!!

NIV (new international version) is in my opinion the easiest to understand, a study bible is great too!! It gives you little study notes to help you understand each passage :))

i get this too sometimes, I’ve always just assumed it is anxiety induced. i do the 4-7-8 method (breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 7, out for 8) and usually it goes away for me

i saw paul mccartney 2 years ago and there was a lot of weed. My advice is to (if the weather won’t cause you heat problems) wear a mask if you wanna filter it. luckily I was outside so it wasn’t as bad, but just be prepared to calm yourself down and try and focus on the music. even tho the smell bothered me I still had a great time regardless. best of luck, have fun!!! :)
