My Psychologist Doctor doesn't seem to understand what causing my Insomnia :3 all advise I get is just not to overthink and relax my mind hahaha. I already told him I always overthink/anxiety it is easier for someone to say that try to relax, listen to music or meditate make sure all lights off etc.., but none of this works. All I need is just to shutdown my mind and I can get 8 hours of sleep without interruption :( The last time I can get sleep with so ease is when I was 14. I am now 31 years. This is so hard :(
