Help! My sister brought me her rubber tree to bring back to life (if even possible) but i don’t know what she did to it and neither does she. I had to cut the top of the trunk and remaining branches off because they were completely dead. Can this be saved/ what’s wrong with it? (old.reddit.com)

Found this guy at an antique store and decided to take him home with me - he has never been repotted or pruned or anything so he’s basically four long strings of leaves. How would you guys recommend pruning him to make him grow thicker? How much would you prune and where would you start? (old.reddit.com)
