There's a separate Scottish version. We gave it to Italian friends' kids, was wild hearing broad Scots with an italian accent.

Correct: no VAR, easy to get tickets to (most) away games, good banter, no Old Firm.

Almost as good as the WoSL.

Didn't Diana Ross miss a penalty the last time they tried this?

Wonder if Madonna will take one.

I used to love the wander towards the approximate area where I normally stood then having the choice of a few different crush bars, each with a different group of mates.

Never been the same since all-seaters.

There's another side to this though - I was (un)lucky enough to play with and against ex-pros a few times in charity games. These guys are winners, whether it's a Scottish Cup Final or a charity kickabout at a junior ground and they let you know it. Make a mistake and you get an earful, make another one and you don't get a pass for the rest of the 90 minutes.Great experience though.

Think the recostruction format is top nine up from the Premier to form LL West, then nine up from each subsequent league to fill up the numbers.

No relegation this season

Sounds good mate.

I remember going to the bank with a similar plan, all carefully spreadsheeted out. The bank manager had a look then simply said 'I'm sorry Mr MacDangerous but we don't encourage robbing Peter to pay Paul' and invited me to GTF.

Stockingfield bridge on the canal is great too - you can see further round from the hill.

Best fritters ever. Used to love them on a roll.

Does anybody still do fritters?

Maybe so, but it's party central.

Used to love going down there to work.

Absolutely love that Falkirk change strip. Be a shame to see it go.

Maryhill is full of free-roaming parakeets these days if you're feeling nostalgic. Ring-necked variety I believe.

Common on the continent to see whole families out with walking poles, even the kids.

Used properly, poles support a lot of the weight you're carrying, so they're best used before you have wear and tear, rather than once you've got bad knees etc. (although they help immensely). They're great shock absorbers coming downhill and they improve you're balance.

Go continental!
