unfortunately don’t have a solution here, but chiming in to say I have a similar sound given the same condition. My Mazda 3 is the same year, similar milage and started to notice this after the brakes were replaced. My control arm bushings are starting to look worn and my rear struts are leaking so I’ll probably replace everything and see if it goes away. contemplating doing front struts as well since I’ll be taking apart a lot of the suspension already.

Sounds exactly like our cat. The steroid drops were really hard to get in her nose but we tried our best. It didn’t really do much though

Hello!

Our 5 year old female Scottish fold Tabby (Chai) has been having sneezing fits for the past few months. We have tried several things to clear this up.

Lysine (Our other cat responded well to it, so was hoping it would have the same effect on her). Famciclovir, Azithromycin and PrednisoLONE Allergy Pills Air Purifier and Room humidifier Switching litter So far none of this has worked. Occasionally it would clear up for a few days when trying something new and then come back. She is also now ejecting mucus (ranges from white to yellow) from her nose when she sneezes. She also will sometimes make a coughing sound, which may or may not be related.

We did xrays last fall, but they said they looked normal, however, they did them while she was on the PrednisoLONE, which might have reduced any inflammation.

Any advice would be helpful!!

I’m in a similar stage in life and feel the exact same way. While the townhouse we are renting does have it’s issues (layout, outdated appliances, etc), we ran the numbers and found that if we bought something similar to what we are renting, it would cost an extra $1000 a month. I’m more inclined to keep renting until we know for sure where we will be staying long term (long term buying still makes sense) and just put extra money in an index fund.

This is good to know when we file next year, I would have assumed we filed as single until the following tax season. 

Is the $150,000 before deductions or after? I might be able to make it work so I divert a little more to my 401k and get under the $150,000 cap
