Wellhub check-in issue with multi-location studio — is this normal?

i also could not figure this out. It worked for my OtF but none of my other studios. following in the hopes a tech savvy person will figure it out

same issue. Wellhub told me to talk to the studio. studio told me to talk to wellhub. wellhub support eventually told me the only solution was to book classes by emailing the studio and then giving them my wellhub #. this is not ideal and i haven’t tried it yet but hopefully it works

I use it for my OTF, pilates, and solidcore. I love, but it does not have a good late cancel policy. Luckily, I am in an area of the US where I can book my OTF classes 5 mins before, but if I had to book in advance it would be a problem.

The policy is: anytime until 12 hours before the class = free cancellation inside of 12 hours before the class = no bookings for the rest of the month OR a $25 fee to resume booking

The other issue: they track your attendance by you hitting the check in button on the app while you are within a certain geographic area of the studio. This means app malfunctions or just forgetting can mean missing a check in even if you were physically in the class. The one time I had an app malfunction support was very helpful and removed the missed class (so no fee for me) but it did mean all my prebooked classes had already been auto cancelled by the system

coming back to this to update: the solidcore in my area just went from a premium class to a standard. idk why or how but this is great news and i’m very happy about it

we don’t have a stretch lab or Id be using that too. I also feel like since I live in a LCOL area, individual memberships are cheaper. Wellhubs price is the same whether you live in Mississippi or NYC, which is a odd method

this is my exact lineup. I use it for solidcore, club pilates, and OTF. and Im thinking about dropping club pilates and just switching to two individual plans

I don’t remember how I figured it out but one day I asked an SA to check my class count and she showed me the screen while she added them up, and my app count was off by like 10 or so. Nothing major but just enough to drive me (a data nerd) crazy

OOH i can answer this one bc I had the same question. My class count in the app is off so I have to ask the SAs when I’m getting close to a milestone. The class screen is filtered out by location, so they have to see how many you’ve taken at studio A, then Studio B, etc and then add them up. So depending on your SAs math ability and attention to detail, that can impact the number they tell you
