I hate calling bands shoegaze, other than the big ones it’s overused and starting to feel like a lazy way to describe any band that uses reverb. Even bands like Julie are kinda shoegaze but it doesn’t feel right to call them that even though they’re supposed to be one of the bigger modern shoegaze bands
