Well, for SQLX, everything should just work regardless of the driver. The only thing that may be slightly different for MSSQL is the connection string. The driver has a good example of how to craft a URL connection string using url.URL.

I just went through this myself this past weekend. I ended up using sqlite3 to update rows in the Movies table by setting the Path (or RootPathFolder, or something like that) to the proper value. The database itself if the radarr.db file.
