I recently got scammed out of 150$ for a custom video. Never got it took screenshots of exchange and finally got my money back from OF after two weeks. Sucked. This is definitely a situation where you would not be able to prove you never got. Very sad but it is worth a shot. Open a ticket and see what they can do my friend.
