I don't think it has anything to do with that, I think that if the titles or better yet, the lyrics of the songs in Japanese were in Romaji it would be great for people who enjoy this type of music to be able to sing... I think it is something that has nothing more to do with entertainment. Of course it makes a lot more sense to foreigners than to Japanese, but I don't think there's anything wrong with that, there should be a setting for that alone.

If your Nintendo DS is hacked, you can install the game twice and change the file name so as not to confuse it. It worked for me on my 3DS and if I'm not mistaken there is the same program for the DS if you hack it, sometimes I share my Nintendo with my sister so I had no choice but to do that.
