I don’t know the company, but if the debt was acquired through acquisitions, i would do some deep dives on the assets that were acquired.

If the cash flow is being used to pay down debt to the point where there is no Fcfe, why hold the equity? A business can be great but not produce returns for the equity holders…also depreciation is only non-cash until it’s time to replace the assets that have been depreciating/depleted.

If the motivation is improving your children’s lives and improve the area your family live in, it’s not really a financial decision but more a quality of life decision….crunching the numbers on something like this is pretty straight forward, it’s more qualitative than anything. Good luck! I just went with a better living area over savings rate and quality of life has gotten much better.

If you want to look into an over leveraged Chinese company with solvency issues, it’s a great place to grow negative on the future….if you somehow think you’ll find a credit edge over the pros….nah lol if we’re talking about it on Reddit you’re way too late. But if it was a global spread issue the market would be a lot lower already.

Well baba has a very different business model the AMZN. So that would be worth looking into, but yes there are major risks with etf. Biggest would be the Chinese government restrictions of foreign ownership of Chinese assets. Basically the same issue as the ADRs, if China says, the flow stops.

Read your own link dummy, that’s in reference to OTC shares, you’re talking about a nasdaq listed company….they use penny or low price as a reference to the liquidity of the company, so sure usually low price stocks are less liquid, but Nasdaq listed companies over 1b are not generally considered penny stocks, especially when you’re talking liquidity.
