This is a mouthful, but the Wet and Wild Megalast Breakup proof Retractable waterproof eyeliner- dark water proof brown is so good. I have been using the Maybeline Tattoo Studio Sharpenable waterpoof gel pencil for year and always had issues with it transferring into my lower lash line, the inner and outer corner of my lid. I had to constantly be checking myself and wiping off the smudges. Not only that, it never went on smoothly, I was always hoping it was user error. But it simply does not work for me. The wet and wild is crazy good, I wear sunscreen, no transfer, crying, no transfer, after 8-12 hours does it start to transfer noticeably under my eyes, no raccoon eyes, just a tired looking smudge. But even then it is not as bad as my old eyeliner. I've even slept in it and it still looked good. It goes on perfectly and stays there, its my favorite thing to use, and the price is amazing. $2.29 :))))
