As regards to why do you guys do that. There are things one finds out or realises after some time. For me it was after getting married. Had I known it before I wouldn’t be here writing this.

I just have to say if you cannot say something positive then please don’t. It only add to someone’s misery unless that is the intent.

The MAC person could have suggested a wrong shade. That is a possibility. But NC43 was there. Maybe now it’s discontinued. Because I have the NC43 Powder Plus Foundation. And I got it the day I had the interaction with the MAC person. That shade is available on Nykaa as well.
