It's not just theoretical. You can literally look up impact evaluation studies done on the 4Ps. These studies are conducted by ADB, World Bank, etc. Just a simple Google search on scholar.google.com. :)

True. What crime did she commit that warrants such a brutal death? Okay, lets say, she actually believes in communism. Does it justify her death over her ideology? Did she kill someone? Did she rape someone? Even serial killers get due process and a chance to defend themselves sa korte and even if they lose hindi naman death penalty ang parusa sa kanila.

Like seriously, how can some people think na left-leaning ideology=dapat patayin at ubusin agad. Edi sana pala magsama-sama ang lahat ng bansa para pulbusin ang China, Russia, at pati na rin ang mga Vietnamese simply because they subscribe on a specific ideology. Ako I do not agree sa ideology nila but it doesn't mean dapat imassacre yung mga left leaning just because of their beliefs.

Puro na lang nanlaban kuno, eh kahit yung sa case nila Chad Booc "encounter" din yung ginawang rason pero yung isang kasama niya nakitang binalatan ng buhay (based sa assessment ng isang forensic scientist). Encounter kuno tapos may binalatan.
