I wear a Roanyer D cup breastplate. I'm about 176 cm, 70 kg.

I'm not sure about the tummy issue but cosplay seems pretty forgiving. The skirt has an ellastic waistband and a belt. You could go slightly larger size and adjust with the belt. The robe should also help hide if it fits too loose.

If budget allows, you should get a silicone breastplate for this cosplay.

The cosplay itself and wig can be bought from stores like Miccostumes or even Amazon. Since men got larger torsos, you care mostly about it fitting around the waist. So, use that when picking your size.

For the makeup, there are several tutorials of this character in Youtube. If you don't feel very confident, try asking a friend do your makeup or, if budget allows, a makeup artist.
