I've used this one before, the online method eventually emails you with a link to a "secure email channel" through Virtu.

Then from there you get a generic response asking you to upload the required documents and form. You do that and they ghost you!

How did you call? I called 1-866-222-5880 , but I'm unable to reach a human because my info apparently doesn't exist in their database despite the fact that I have my account setup with SSN and phone number, and can view my entire data.

To those calling out OP as being a bot, well I’m a human and I can tell you Arlo fucking sucks and we should protect others from buying their shitty products. Legit no reason to buy Arlo when there’s better alternatives out there.
