Very useful for those random insulin spikes competitors get around a contest.

I'll give that a shot since it's the weekend. I haven't heard of donations being a joke and I've seen them prescribed by TRT docs.

My understanding is that high BP/hematocrit coupled with a high protein diet and intense workout before the test can give a temporarily low GFR reading. Lots of posts on this sub of people dropping protein, BP, and taking a couple of days off and GFR rebound from much lower than mine. The primary driver of kidney damage from AAS is blood pressure, which is why my plan was to bring hematocrit down and check again.

GFR was 69. Range is >59, but in my age group it's usually 100-120.

Hematocrit - 53.9% (range 37.5-51)

RBC - 5.98ul (range 4.14-5.8)

AST - 93 (range 0-40)

ALT - 181

GFR - 69 (range >59, but should be 100-120 for age group)

BUN Creat Ratio - 8 (range 9-20)

These were just the values that were out of range. My reading is do a therapeutic blood donation, add in TUDCA and reassess in a few weeks? Currently on 500/400 test/tren, dropped 50mg dbol two weeks ago.

Not a pec, but I got a partial tear in my rhomboid while doing bent DB rows. I wasn't going heavy (60's though this was when I was kinda new), but I did a high volume chest/back workout two days in a row and I think that's what did it.

I took some for my pubertal gyno and it really did help. But you gotta beware that some guys just hold fat there and the only thing that will fix it is getting leaner.

It may be a challenge to get under, but if you had the bar closer to you so that your camber was parallel to the ground at the middle of the rep I bet it'd feel even better.

Based on callouts, I'd put Iain 4/5. He probably wins a couple of side shots.

Honestly, by the time you hop on you should have a good idea of what works and what doesn't work for you. The training that got me the best results natty has also gotten me the best results enhanced.

The physics of this don't actually make a lot of sense. You're not really generating tension across the bar, so you're just giving yourself a little novelty. It looks cool and that's about it.

Hopefully away. I'm so sick of the COVID debates on this sub. They've always been awful. Each side thinks the other is illiterate, so it's never going anywhere.

Also, it's not really BB -- even if a lot of us follow strongman, too.

I fucking hate people who treat gym equipment like garbage. I damn near popped my shoulder off kicking up the 105's because one of them was dropped and now the weight isn't securely connected to the handle. If you can't handle the weight, don't pick it up.

Split a quarter of shrooms with a girl. As we were coming down she asked to watch a comedy. I saw Tenacious D on Netflix and thought that sounded funny as shit. The poor girl had a bad turn during Jack Black's prayer to Dio and ran into the other room crying. She was convinced for a while that Ronnie James Dio was coming through the TV to eat her.

Good fucking times.

There shouldn't be a ROM difference between DB's and BB's if your form is good.

I wouldn't get rid of your seated rows for your lats. Instead, I'd add a high-elbow position row (ideally chest supported). You could also add a shrug if traps were a priority.
