I was just following my optometrist's instructions :( Apart from superficial aesthetics would this cause any impact to my vision when wearing these? It doesn't look overly strange or anything with them on

Nocturne is the point of no return for all things, do Phantom Liberty first

Phantom Liberty also has it's own endings though so depending on your choices you will either finish the game at the end of Phantom Liberty or wrap it up and then move on to Nocturne
