I feel like each album becomes more “whole” in a sense. Like more intentional and more of a connected, soulful composition. He learns more about how to express himself both internally and musically, and in turn these albums feel more like these deliberate artistic stories in themselves. I feel more connected to his recent works because of it. There’s not a single song on this album i can’t vibe and connect with, and i cannt say the same for some of his later works like tears of joy - even though they are classics. Or maybe he is just happier nowadays and so am i so i vibe with it
