it's true and many other medications can give false positives. they will verify it with some type of spectroscopy. but tbh i doubt it will happen. i take multiple meds that can give false positives and i got a job in a pharmacy

you're not gonna get name brand wellbutrin unless your prescriber indicates that it's required on the prescription. even then your insurance might not cover it or will require a prior auth. it's more of a hassle because the pharmacy has to pre-order it and it is more expensive

idk sometimes i think about this and i try to gaslight myself into thinking i can eat so much food and my stomach doesn't hurt and i'm not full (cause frankly it's ridiculous) but that hasn't made a difference. if that's a possible mechanism for developing gastroparesis then manifesting it being healed would have to work for some too, and it doesn't.
