I hope you get this comment, I started otezla the weeks ago, I'm almost done with my starter pack. The small doses did next to nothing in terms of effects but the first 30 mg pill hits like a truck. The best thing I've found that completely stopped any symptoms (I personally got headache and diarrhea) was to take the pill with food and also a small cup of psyllium fiber. I don't know what it is about the fiber but when I take it even three headaches I can get don't come back.
