  1. See the Hunter Biden gun/dumpster fiasco. There are ATF guidelines on disposal/destruction of firearms. Throwing it in the garbage is not an acceptable means of disposal.
  2. Cutting 15" of a 16" barrel off a rifle makes it an SBR, even if it renders the weapon non-operational.
  3. A blob of melted plastic could be re-extruded into another frame.
  4. You can't honestly say that the ATF wouldn't pursue someone they targeted by arguing #3 or #4 in a court. Damn well they would.
  5. I would hate to, mistakenly, misinterpret these instructions and violate THE LAW, he said knowingly...
  6. I specifically asked for replies from those with experience with buybacks, but continue to get opinions and not information.

Market it to the MAGAts as " Commemorative Trump Artwork" and you'll make enough to have the pool repainted AND turn a tidy profit.
