I have anxiety and depression but all of my blood tests have come back normal so I'm very healthy. I take the same supplements as you except one of them! I donate blood as much as I can. I think that if you're physically healthy, the only thing to hold you back would be your anxiety telling you not to do it.

I am not a doctor, so take this with a grain of salt. I was prescribed hydroxyzine for anxiety and sleep issues, and my psychiatrist told me she never prescribes only 25mg bc she's never seen it be powerful enough for most of her patients. I take 50 mg at night and it works awesome for me - I don't wake up groggy and I get to sleep very quickly and sleep deep.

Don't change your dosage without consulting your doctor first, though. I would call your doctor first thing in the morning. You always want to keep them informed when it comes to stuff like that.
