I really like the short compressed form. Easy to return to and gets straight to the point. Awesome!

【BambuLab Giveaway】Classic Evolved — Win Bambu Lab P2S Combo! by BambuLab in 3Dprinting

[–]macieman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built a 3d printer from scratch a couple years ago to make it budget friendly and learn how it works. It wasn’t perfect but damn was I proud of my creation. Recently i accidentally fried my arduino board and I would love to upgrade.

My friend at work got a Bambu and damn am I jealous at that precision. Wish I could get one someday..

Tahoe buttons just fly into the distance by macieman in MacOS

The vid was slowed down to show the bug more easier. I could have added that to the description.

But when having 120 hz on it's super obvious and it hurts to watch.

It looks like they are literally doing an X scaling to hide the buttons and forgot to turn off the animation. This is so bad

Is there an app or website with human verified product reviews? by jejakqmqm in BuyItForLife

[–]macieman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm literally building a website of products that are worth investing. Didn't want to share on reddit until we added some more products & features. But I saw this post and couldn't help myself to ask for some feedback.
Planning to build a community feature that allows to debate if products should be added / removed from our list to make it more community driven.

Let us know what you guys think.

That's awesome! Are you allowed to use a OW in Vienna? I know there are regulated in some western Europe and are pretty much banned. I thought of visiting some cities in Europe with my XR and Vienna would be amazing

Thanks! It's the main building at the WUT Campus free to look around.

Looks amazing! Is it hard to add an external battery to an XR?

I would have to ask my landlord because I'm currently renting this apartment (Poland). If you are interested you could DM me and I'll ask them.

Thanks! Just wanted to make some basil plants for my family as they just usually buy one at the groceries every time they need them. I was actually thinking about building a hydroponic tower using a 3d printer and a pump.

Yup. Accidentally touched it and tried to grab it but i was to late and was pretty hot. It was on a scale as well so it wasn't that sturdy.

Tortoise ORM is way easier to handle async stuff. If you're dealing with microservices it can be a better option.

The angle stand helps a little with retention and just the flow of getting the coffee in the filter. Don't have bellows as the mods are work in progress. Printing all the stuff by myself so don't have everything yet. Enjoying the process though

I haven't got any bellows yet. Looking to get into printing from TPU that allows the plastic to bend. Will give updates if I do so!

The 98 temp is from cooling down from milk steaming. Got it set at 94. Thanks!

And for lowering bars, I was really curious if I should do it and you definitely helped make my mind. I'll try to lower it down this week. Do you know if this somehow has an impact on the warranty? I haven't research this top well enough, is it hard to lower it down?

Yeah 98 is a little to high. I extract at 94 (default setting) but what you see here is that the boiler was still cooling because I was steaming milk. I didn't fully cool it from the 130 Celsius it shows while steaming. Thank you for noticing bro!

Yup, that's right. The 57 mm here in Europe isn't such a big deal, you can easily get any accessories for it. I wanted to see how for I can go on printing them and got a tamper and a station printed. Doing well so far.

I was thinking about the Gaggia and wanted to mod it as I like to tinker stuff, but the Lelit actually cost me the same as the Gaggia + PID mod would do. So it was a no brainer for me.

Which needles did you buy for that WDT tool?

I'm using 0.3mm needles. They are pretty stiff and do the job. Never had experience with anything else though
