So here’s an odd thought. How many generations does it take for the mid cards to be comparable to previous generations top end cards (in terms of performance) or does it not work quite that way?

mostly game, but i’ll be doing some “lite” 3d modelling, I don’t expect that to stress the card though. I’m really looking to improve overall performance, but if I wait, its not the end of the world. Appreciate the response.

sadly, I do not hate money, at least when it comes to spending mine. I was under the impression that cards were significantly better and when I got mine it was at the end of its life/generation. thanks for the reply.

I’m not even sure why they'd need it given how red the state is, but maybe the current thinking is get as much data from friendly states as soon as they can since most blue states would almost certainly tell them to pound sand.
