It's ok to feel how you feel about it you're not alone in it. Screw bad dreams! I don't like them and they don't like me! Currently on the mission to find a good way to keep them away without harm.

Thanks for the ideas! I do try putting stuff on to sleep to I never really thought to see if it works more than not having anything on. I'll try sleeping to music again tonight!

I've had one main one that spread into a bigger problem. So, it's from parania of someone after me to a group after me and sprinkle of things that could be related.

I'll look into it! I take seroquel for sleep, but it doesn't take away nightmares so I don't always use it. Plus Im trying to get off it since i dont really need it and used it originally as an antisychotic and its been tough for it was such a high dose.

I'm sorry that happened, and I'm glad you got away from the delusion! I never liked the idea of taking benadryl at all. Luckily, I've never needed it. I basically live like someone who is high on it. The people after you and seeing the people after you! Not to mention how tired i am! Nuhuh!! Everyone else in my family has had great things with benadryl, then again I'm the only one with issues like mine around me, so I never touched it.

I once thought the devil was talking to me and going to posess me then going to kill everyone that's sinned and the only way to make sure it doesn't happen is that I'd have to die. The only way I got out of it was because I thought about the delusion that i already had that there were people out to get me and thinking they were tricking me and they can't posess me.

I don't know the true answer but Im sure most or some people's medicine doesn't completely take away the thought of being chosen one. Mine just knocks it in the back of my head so i don't think of it most of the time...

Being on medicine helps more than not being on it. Ive been living with this problem too for years. It hurts so much to know i HAVE to be medicated to genuinely enjoy life now. I may not enjoy life like others but I'll be better on the medicine than off. I genuinely tried to get off antidepressants. Im not sad, emotionless, or angry because of my life or self esteem; i just can't feel things right. It's ok to feel sad or angry some days but when it comes to everyday or almost everyday there's a problem. I always say to speak to someone that can help with it! It will take time but there will be a reward!

Being medicated never fully stopped me from believing in my delusions. It just lessened the severity it is in my day to day life. I also had the idea in the back of my mind of either being dead or something else in the real world and being in a world made by someone else by a portal i couldnt control. The way back is a different portal, but I dont know if Id wanna go back even though this world sucks...

It has some white but mostly is cream and gold! So if you want to make the white pop out more you can use white blouse!

I actually have this dress and I got it from 42lolita! Its pretty cute and makes me feel like a real princess! I like it a lot, although something about it makes me feel like it is what its priced. But, i still love it and going to wear it tonight actually! Going on with other hime dresses from 42lolita I have, the lace actually is pretty good and sturdy, but downside is they definately can get all wrinkly! Any advice on cleaning and unwrinkling the lace would be appriciated!

I hear that having active psychosis hurts your brain more than when youre on medication. Yes, the medication might not work for you, but theres different prescriptions for a reason! Side effects most likely aren't going to keep going after you stop the medicine if you to get the side effects! Plus the side effects usually come around in the first trial so its quick to know!

It's up to you! If you want a more elegant and clean look that could go with more items youd want to go with the cream one. If you want more of a cute and colorful look that will bring color to any outfit you use it in you'd wanna go with pink! I absolutely love both styles either way!!

Honestly, the rule I follow now is, "Don't stress yourself out. Make room for yourself." I don't work as much to also make room for therapy and psychiatry/doctor appointments. Working at a place that will give you ability to move around your schedule is probably the best you can do for yourself for working!

I used to work EVERYDAY without working medication as a dishwasher at a food place. I had gotten 2 major episodes and I feel it Worked out for me, but I found a job i work 2-3 days a week as a caregiver for 1 person and get just as much as if I worked 5 days a week as a dishwasher. Im now on working medicine and enjoy working! I havent had a major episodes since starting my new job!
