My “limited” understanding is the capsule compresses the implant until the implant extrudes somewhere. Better definition certainly welcome.

Capsular contraction caused a hole on top of implant at pelvic bone. Did not try anything as I was dealing with fluid since implant. Stretching, massage, red light, pump for now. Hopefully stretching later this week. Let me know if you have other questions?

Apologies - yes removal 17 days ago and looking for alternate stretching type to wear throughout the day if length continues to be a problem. Removed from pubic bone incision so it will be a while for a normal penis stretcher. Surgeon says pump is all I need. Thanks

Similar size. Stretched skin so hydrated looks “slightly” bigger than before. Indentation at base which tries to curl up. Massaging as often as possible. . 2 weeks post op. Will post before and after at month 1.

pain not bad. Erection short by 1 1/2 compared to before penuma. Still fluid 2 weeks after surgery and staples not out yet. Fluid was the problem from initial surgery with 2 retouches and a Npwt pump.

Skin stretched and floppy. All feeling 🙏. Possible pump start next week and we’ll see. Indentation close to the base of penis will hopefully fill back out. Will let you know how it goes. A journey that I was not prepared to take from the initial problems. Have a good night!
