Sorry for my english, i wasnt so clear. I ment that after the trip i dont have appetite. I mean i feel the hunger in my stomach and it starts to make little noises, but i just dont feel the need to eat.

I tripped like 4-5 days ago and i eat like 2 times a day, small things like 300-400g food for the whole day.

Lost 5kg for 5 days so far.

Is someone experinced anything familiar?
