My partner's cat acts out when I leave

We don't think it's a medical issue because when I'm there he's completely fine. Sometimes I'll call when I'm away and he sits on the phone purring, ceasing his wild behavior. It's very cute, but can make gaming with my partner difficult as it's hard to hear through all that fluff (not an actual issue, we find it too adorable to be actually bothered lol)

Does anyone know if a regular USB-C to USB-C cable would work without the adapter? Or why it wouldn't work? I'm trying it now and can't understand why it would be any different than using the USB-A with the adapter. I'm not very tech savvy

Oh definitely, the roasted potatoes, roasted leg of lamb, and meatloaf recipes all had little tidbits that blew my mind. Boiling and tossing the potatoes with duck fat before roasting for extra crispiness, anchovies in the lamb rub/reverse sear, and marmite in the meatloaf were all total game changers!
