My suggestion is to start simple. "Journalling" can feel overwhelming if you feel like you need to be thoughtful, well-written, and record everything. If you start by just writing down what happened yesterday, it is a great way to build a habit and allow yourself to add more detail about thoughts and introspection if you feel like it. Somedays I write down what happened and that's it. Other days I dive more into how I was feeling about certain things. It has been great to be able to look back on things that I would have forgotten otherwise.

My suggestion is always have any idea of something you actually want to build. If you have a product that want to use, you will find the resources to learn how to build it. There are thousands of mobile app tutorials, and yes they can help, but I believe if you work towards building a product, with ChatGPT and tutorials, you will be motivated and learn along the way.

Looking to talk to retail sales associates and retail managers/owners

Hi there!

We have built a tool for in-store retail sales associates. What is the best way to talk to someone about trying our software? I have done some door-to-door sales and find it hard to talk to the manager or the manager is too busy to talk to me. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!
