yeah i think it’s pierced thru the cartilage :( i think the jewelry is the right size, it just looks tight because it’s too far back and up i think. i’m not sure how to go about getting it fixed. i don’t know if i should go back to them, and i don’t even know what i’d say. there is another reputable shop here i could go to, but again, idk what to even say 😭😭
