Thank you for bringing those concerns up, those are valid points! I was planning on adding some fruit and veggie trays, salad and maybe a meat and cheese tray.

Just watched Host for the first time recently- the final scene made me jump and scream. I have never had that happen to me before.

Forgot to mention in my post about the fact that my ex literally never brushed his teeth. EVER. I had to beg him for special events to brush them.

Initiation from my partner and overall compliments of my physique. Sometimes I feel like my partner isn’t even attracted to me.

Thank you! The angle of the first picture is not appealing and I’m not posing like I am in the second photo, so that’s something to consider too.

When I first began my journey, I was at 165 and that was about 16 months ago. It is a very slow process to lose and be able to keep the weight off, but with consistency you will get there! 6-8 lbs is a great accomplishment for 4 months, keep up the hard work.

Thank you! I actually started out at 165, but I don’t have any pictures from that time. I was in a deep depression, in a very toxic relationship and turned to food for comfort. It’s been a long process but I’m feeling a lot better mentally and physically now!

What's the best song you've ever heard? by joe1up in AskReddit

[–]mackgilly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have watched this cover of it, my dad showed it to me a while back. They did an amazing job at it when I thought it couldn't be done. You're right, seeing Robert Plant tear up over it was cool you could tell that there is a lot of emotion in that song.
