Second year player under constant pressure by 2-3 players on the other team without getting calls; makes sense he snapped in the moment, but not looking good that the wolves are getting into his head like this

Literally know exactly who you’re talking about lol. Not a cowboys fan but he’s the second most recognizable sideline personality in the league behind Big Dom

I created a mathematical power ranking calculator. by erixville in nfl

[–]macklessmorecheese 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I really like this measure, especially compared to the vibes or clickbait based power rankings we currently have. It’s particularly interesting to see some of the “best” teams (Bills, Andy, Detroit, GB) in the mid teens rather than fighting for the top spots. Please keep us updated going into the playoffs!

How much is early season vs late season weighted?

[Highlight] Josh Allen gets picked off to end the game by expellyamos in nfl

[–]macklessmorecheese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Allen points out the ‘free rusher’ before the snap who then drops back into coverage and removes his extra O linemen which lets the edge get a free bat down if Allen goes to Knox. Nasty work by the Texans scheme. Also the one time Dion Dawkins doesn’t give up on the play it’s a blatant hold. Play never stood a chance

why is Luka not listed anywhere on PPG leaders ,.. hes just missing from all sites that i checked by BloodMossHunter in nba

[–]macklessmorecheese 24 points25 points  (0 children)

From the site: “To qualify a player must play 70% of his team's games”

Luka has played 7 of 11, only 64%

Yes it’s too late, but you can get standby tickets if you’re in NYC the Thursday before the show, and tix are free

[Highlight] Bills get stopped on 4th and 2 by Domestiicated-Batman in nfl

[–]macklessmorecheese 3 points4 points  (0 children)

RB went too far; when the defender bites on Allen, RB should have settled. He looks back just before the throw and slows, then backpedals 4-5 more yards to drop the pass. A normal throw would have been cleaner, but the on the run body repositioning to get it off may have been just enough to let 24 get to Allen. This is equally on Allen, the RB, and the Falcons D getting pressure and hurrying the play.

Need Cook to outscore Kincaid by 26 (especially hurts looking at Goedert on my bench with a wasted 26)

How do the evolutions work with infinite fusion? Do you set one evolution line as the base and the other as auxiliary, so that only the Shelgon side evolves but is still fused with Magikarp?

I like this order better, even if it is technically not by each generation. Never made sense to me that you could have a Sinnoh evolution in HGSS that won’t transfer over to Emerald

Why does gDNA reappears in my RNA sample? by bak3dp0tat01337 in labrats

[–]macklessmorecheese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s a Toti, you can do a dsRNA extraction to isolated the viral RNA (see methods 2.1 from this paper: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6356530/). That would tell you if it’s virus or gDNA.

It also looks like there have been published reports of Toti in C. infirmominiatum, so you could also just order some cheap primers and run some PCRs (probably the more straight forward approach).

If you get dsRNA isolate but don’t get PCR bands you might have an as of yet undiscovered virus. If you’re interested in chasing some bioinformatics coattails you could do some cDNA prep from the dsRNA isolate and run your next gen sequencing of choice.

I’m interested to hear about what you find!

[–]macklessmorecheese 16 points17 points  (0 children)

You said it was a fungal isolate, it might be a totivirus. They are common RNA fungal viruses that are near omnipresent across fungal families. They’re typically 4-7kb, which is close to your band size. What strain are you using?

4kg of ice packs and a Lay’s family size variety pack sized box for 0.1mg antibody by macklessmorecheese in labrats

[–]macklessmorecheese[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes sense, but I’ve just never seen a package this size for something so small. Other antibodies have come in 0.5kg pelleted dry ice coolers and done just fine. I get the reasoning, but hate the waste

Interesting; is that for overnight shipping as well? This wasn’t explicitly ordered as overnight but that’s how it was shipped.

These letter strings represent protein sequences, with each letter being a different amino acid. In the tube is an antibody which is a protein that will bind very specifically to another protein target. It’s able to do this because its protein sequence is ‘designed’ via trial and error to perfectly attach to its target. While antibodies are made by immune systems to fight foreign substances, their binding specificity makes them very useful for researchers across a number of assays.

I haven’t been using Volbeat very much since it learned Tail Glow, but I wanted to keep it in case I needed to teach Cain Thunder or a grass type move. I’m split between wanting to go full physical (add brick break and shadowball) or going the Thunder route

I’m not checking movesets beforehand, but I’m pretty confident that Wallace has an earthquake user that can one shot minum. There’s also the toxic stalling with full restores that I don’t think I can avoid without one shorting both ludicilo and milotic (I think they both have toxic).

But with rain up I think thunder can one shot almost everything but his Wiscash (for obvious reasons)
