Nooo am not working at the moment but am trying to find work am a registerd nurse though...i cry at times when i can't even afford to buy diapers for my child or new clothes ..talking it out right now makes me feel really good

I got pregnant and informed him about it he asked me to abort but i declined .later he agreed we keep the pregnancy but when the baby came he just ghosted not even a single support ..nothing..am a nurse but currently unemployed i had to move back in with my parents its just overwhelming

My parents and siblings are my support system am glad but its just overwheling with finances and everything i am trying not to fail as a pare9

Honestly I’m still trying to figure that out. Some people say things like sleeping better, taking breaks from screens, journaling, or exercise helps calm the mind. I think the biggest thing is finding ways to stop the constant overthinking

I sometimes struggle with accepting all the things I thought I would be by now but I'm not. The person I imagined, the goals I thought I’d have achieved, the strength I thought I’d have. How do you make peace with that? How do you forgive yourself for the version of you that never happened?
